Beware of being ripped off when you go there. The staff is so unfriendly and offensive its obscene. I am a patron at your shop and you treat me like a poorly educated individual, treating me like I just said something that offended you when I asked if I could place an order is not good business practice.
Over charging me for some half ass cookies doesn't do you very well either. Canceling an order for a cake a couple months before a wedding, not a classy move.

You need to take a look into how to treat someone who wants to spend money in your place of business. I would be honored if someone came into my place of business and spent money on what I had to offer, maybe they'd come back. Without further ado, I give you my two accounts at Bonnie Belle's Pastries.

Bride beware!! Just because you have paid Bonnie Belle's deposit to "reserve" your wedding date, doesn't mean it's actually reserved! She canceled on me last week only a few months before our wedding. We booked her in January. Thanks so much for the extra stress Bonnie Belle.

Also....

Who in their right mind charges 3.00 a cookie plus tax on more than a dozen cookies. Sugar cookies with frosting, go to the store get the stuff to mix the batter and icing and the cost of electric = less than 25$ (Including the pan) By the way, if you make them at home they will taste better than the crappy dry stale cookies they sell there.

Bonnie Belle's you should be ashamed!
Go learn how to treat someone without giving them an attitude when you walk in the door. A professor from the college I went to used to say "Tude' Dude." Your attitude is how customers see you, maybe you should look into changing it.
