I want to know if there is one lawyer that has the courage to stand up against the illegal practices of Fifth Third Bank in the United States of America ?

I have a credit card with Fifth Third Bank in Nashville, Tennessee. They are monthly changing the due date of the payment .This is immoral, wrong and evil.

Even when I pay over the payment required  to the credit card. Fifth Third will always say , it is a day late and these charges came in first , so that the bank will charge my account $39.00 which makes , my charge card over the limit. This has happened now 3 times.Now I get a letter that states the interest will go up because I have gone over my limit. Which I haven't.Their fee made the card go over the limit.

What lawyer has the guts to file a class action lawsuit against these theives?
