Axsys National Bank, Fingerhut Rip-off scam. Over-charging! West Chester Ohio

I have paid off my Fingerhut account by way of Axsys National Bank twice, but I keep receiving a bill that keeps going up. I over-paid what should have been the balance of $14.00. After I sent a $15.00 payment, I received a bill for $80.00. I should have had a $1.00 credit.

When you call their 800 number, the system is automated and there is no way to speak to a live person. You have to fax or mail any concerns to them and it takes 14 days for them to respond. When you do try to access your account through the automated system, it doesn't recognize your identifying information and yet again, you are unable gain access to your account information.
