Recently my account with BOA was not balancing correctly. At first I thought was an error on my part so overlooked. But this past month I came to realize they did change there processing of debits. I don't have access to computer everyday. and long days at work and with drive doesn't allow to follow up on account that often. but before the 14 transactions mentioned below I have well over enough to cover and should have had some left but with the Overdraft fees it didn't cut it.

I.E. A few months back I tried to use my ATM/VISA card at local gas pump. I had a debit go through before and card was declined no problem. I was overdrawn (card being declined happened once before) but this past month I used the card several times and each was supposedly in the red. I drive over 100 to work daily and use a motorcycle to cut down on gas costs. So I fill up on a daily basis of $6-$7 they allowed for 14 various transactions to go through. that gave them at least 10 days to have card declined at some point.

Now with my direct deposit, my checks come in on Fri money used to show up on that day. now sometimes they don't post it till monday and allow for debit of transactions to post Fri, Sat. which in turn will give me overdraft fees or will refuse to pay; in which affects mortgage, car payments etc.

So I know I'm not perfect by anymeans but when they used to help you and decline card if in red and then now let every transaction of $6-$7 go through so they can collect an additional $34 when does that become right. and just because you have some pending transactions don't post your paycheck till following monday when is that right.

I am in process of closing the account and going to find a local bank who isn't so corporate orientated who isn't out for your money all the time. I'm hoping BOA gets a lawsuite against them for this and have to pay everyone back for there mishandling.
