Bank Of America Ripoff Lies about fraud protection, they have none!! Vancouver Washington

We were bank of america when my purse was stollen. In the purse was my visa check card. There hundreds of dollars charged on it within a few short hours. I called boa and reported it stollen. The money was creditted back to my account.

A month later I got a letter saying they decided the charges were authorized and were taking the money back. How could I authorize charges on a card that was stolen? So much for fraud and identity theft protection!

When I called them, they said it would be fixed. uess what? It wasn't? I pulled all our money out quickly, so they could not steal ti from us. It was all we had. So, now they have turned us into a collection agency for money that was stollen. Yea, they're a keeper. *rolling my eyes*
