Bank Of America ripoff night auditor lost the hard copy of my paycheck, charged me for empty deposit, I verfied funds I had deposited with branch manager charged anyway paid charges in full told payment never made Reseda California

I recieved and deposited my paycheck through an atm machine like I had always been doing. This time however I would be told they didn't recieve it. I contacted Kathy Gonzales then, the Reseda branch manager.

I proceed to verify I indeed had been issued a paycheck and it did not show up as being cash. Kathy and I made an ageement and my employer me issued a duplicate check I then cashed it instead of deposit. I paid in full all fees and out of pocket that in which had been occurred from their bank error.

Fixing my account was my only concern, however they then proceeded to take my pament, close the account, report me through cheqsystems for non payment and ruin my financial portfolio at a time. I have become terminally ill and am desperate to secure a financial for my wife and two children.
