Bank Of America ripoff This bank made a error on my fiance's credit card and will not fix it. Phoenix Arizona

This bank made a error on my fiance's credit card and will not fix it. It happened like this she makes her payments on line when she gets paid. Sometimes she never gets her bills to the day its due or 2 days before.

So they put late fees on it then to top things off even more someone put charges on her card and the bank didn't even notice this. These charges put her over her limit and more fees were added on an to top of of this even more she tried calling and no one I mean no one wants to fix this. so now they want her to pay 27.99% apr on the card when it was 4.9% apr.

She has every intention in paying for her card but now there making her good credit go down the tubes. She can't pay such a high interest rate when she didn't make this happen. a payment that use to be $85 a month is now $450 plus late fees over the limit and the whole nine yards. She was pre approved through a mortgage company to buy a home.

But now we would like to know how is she going to get this fixed and how is it going to affect her credit now that they have gave her a bad name. And will we lose our home that we so wanted.
