bank of america Sexual Harassment, Indangering ones life,partisapating in illegal acts. pasadena, California

Andy Raymond ( president) refused to terminate or move a man in my department, whom was Sexually harassing me on a day to day basis.      

 My managger ( Matt Brayton) was incesting that I operate the fork-life, although he was aware that I was not certified & aware that I have epilepsy.

BofA also, had me part of a large bussiness scam that still continues today; Selling used equipment (credit card terminals) to bussiness owners at $1,300 - $5,200, telling them they where new.

I told my manager AGAIN about the man, whom was sexuall harassing me 'this time infront of there security guards', I was called to Andy Raymond's office ware I was given the choice of signing a paper stating that I would no longer make complaints about this man, " REGUARDLESS OF WHAT "  the paper also stated the past complaints about him, including calling someone in HR a f*ggot a** b*tch !

I acted as if I was going to sing it, Andy Raymond would sign it first. I got the paper in my hands, then told the president to take this job and shove it, then went home and called OSHA about many illegal & unsafe thing about this company including the 3 elevaters that were out of date by over 3 years and that one of them brakes down 3-5 times a day. I was going to sue BofA for not taking action in the sexuall hasassment case, but was more then happy when OSHA contacted me, advising me that they had found much more than what I had knowen about and that the B of A was fined over $300,000.00 and this building was shut down for 4 days and best of all they had to "Replace" the entire elevator systemfor the one that broke down daily at a cost of 1.6 million $$$$$$ not including removel of the old one.

I ended up getting a call from a friend/co-worker whom toldme the outragus actions by Andy Raymond following the investiagtion by OSHA.
