I received a check from Bay Cities Trust fund stating I was one of (10) lotteries winners of aq 1.5 million dollar prize. The letter I received as in a plain envelope with no return address. Also was a letter sent certified from the IRS. The goes on to state that they have made numerous attempts to contact me and that they had sent a portion of my winnings to pay the government taxes and fees. The fees were in the amount of 2998.00 and were to be sent by western union or money gram to the tax agent, Frank Milton. The letter instructs you to contact Frank Milton by phone. 289-888-0016. Mrs. Tamara Wilson was named as Promotion/claim manager and the check was rubber stamped with the name Robert Druskin.
