BB&TBranch Banking & Trust. ripoff liars took our money! Ceredo West Virginia

My husband and I have also been with this same bank for about 10 years.Before it was BB&T it was One Valley Bank.In the past year on three seperate occassions,they would say we were overdrawn always over 100.00.Then one to two weeks later we would have the same amount they would say it was overdrawn to show back up in the account.This last time done it!On Wednesday night around 8:00 I withdrew 40.00 saying I had 243.92left in the account. On Thursday morning my husbands check was directly deposited in the amount of 578.02. On Thursday morning is when they robbed us of 330.78 saying we were overdrawn. Needless to say we closed our account this time and are no longer doing any bussiness with BB&T.
