Capital One Bank Automated relentless phone calls for no reason Richmond Virginia

Seems when I did a google search on the telephone number that keeps calling me, these guys really make the rounds ... to the wrong people.  I've had 8 weeks of them calling my cell phone, leaving no messages, and doing this 15 times a day.  I called and yelled and screamed just like you and they don't care.  So, I kept the calls on my phone for one week, started to record my calls to them where I requested removal and they guaranteed same within 1-3 business days.  When the calls kept coming, I called the main number to McLean VA and requested to speak with a customer service manager.  I told them that I was sick and tired of getting these calls, they were using up my minutes and that I will take the evidence that is on my phone which consisted of dates and times that they called, the recordings that I made between me and them requesting my number be removed, and post pictures of them on You-tube.  Not only that, I read off names of the Executive Management of Capital One and members of their Board of Directors and what company they work for and told them I would encourage everyone who visited my You-tube site to call every one of these people either on their private number if they knew it or through there switchboard number 15 times a day and see how they liked it.  I asked her if she could imagine Capital One's switchboard lighting up like a Christmas Tree in September.  This time, again, they assured me that my number would be removed.  We'll see.  If I get even one more call over the weeknd, You-Tube, here I come.
