    Corporate Advocacy Program
Cap auto repossessed my car on 07-24-08 and today 07/29/08 I paid everything that was owed and provided proof of insurance and personal references. I was told this is what was needed in order for them to release my car back to me. They moved my vehicle to a lot in Sacramento , which is an hour away!!
Now they will not return my calls and have not released my car. Fee's are accumulating by the storage lot & now I feel like they have completely committed fraud. I am now current in payments with proof of insurance and have paid 3 payments worth of payments and I still have no car!

Not only this, but I had a 3rd party call and ask about my account and they released all kinds of personal information about my account status which is against the law! So I am now going to file a law suit.

If anyone is interested in a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT, Please let me know...

Here's an Idea...

AUTHOR: Robert - Irvine (U.S.A.)

Pay your bills when they are due and you won't have it reposessed in the first place. Don't take this the wrong way but if you came up with the money needed 5 days after it was Reposessed why could you not find this money BEFORE it was reposessed.

You do need to check ALL the requirements to get a Reposessed Car back. I beleive that in CA you may need to pay an "administrative" fee to the local law enforement that was incurred. Because they are notified by the repo company that they will be reposessing the car(to cover the "my car was stolen" calls). As to when you get your car back don't really expect it for a couple of days at least for the items to get processed.

Also, who was this "third party" who gave all of this personal information and who did they give it to. What did this information consist of.
