CHASE bank has a scam, that they are purposely doing the least they can to prevent fee's.

When you look at your online balance it doesn't attempt to warn you that the balance doesn't reflect pending payments that might have not shown up to the bank for 5 days.

So you have a balance of lets say 100 dollars, you put in gas, it doesn't show for 5 days, which is something the bank can't help.

However when you call them to complain they already know all about the pending transaction issues, and explain them to you, AFTER THEY CHARGED YOU HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS IN FEE's.

So because CHASE must make millions, for nothing, just for feeing people, they should go ahead and put a disclaimer right by the balance, that says this might not be your balance you are responsible for keeping your own records.

They are willfully ignorant to let you know any of this before they fee you repeatedly $35 each fee. Once you get fee'd though they make everything clear, and carefully explain everything, however they probably make millions on this and it happens way to often for them not to take some action to protect consumers.

The scam in a nutshell, everybody needs gas, many people will use their debit cards for gas, this won't reflect on thier balance statement online, they will think they have more money than they do, spend even 1 cent above your balance and you get a fee.

So CHASE probably has made millions in fee's and yet they haven't done anything to solve the issue, they really could protect people by explaining things on the online balance, instead of hoping the consumer is ignorant and they can make more money on fee's

it's a scam, they make millions and they wont do anything to prevent people from getting fee'd. however they know soo well the problems that when you call they will give you such a beautiful explanation of the fact that your balance might not show correctly, just not before you get a 35$ fee.
