enjoyed reading your Ripoff Report. I agree that the big banks and Wall Street's greed was the catalyst that "destroyed" the U.S. economy.
You must also consider this: the Government of the United States of America does NOT work "for" the people of this country anymore. They haven't worked for the people in this country for a long, long, time.
The Government, Wall Street, Mainstream Media, much of the Legal System in the USA, and a host of others, all work for (directly & indirectly) the Federal Reserve.
Over 99% of Americans cannot grasp that reality, but it is true.
And here's the scary part; the U.S. Military is under control of the U.S. Government, right? So if the FED controls the U.S. Government, which I believe they do, then the wars in Iraq and in Afghanistan are a result of the FED wanting these wars to take place, correct?
What does Iraq have?
Answer: OIL.
What does Afghanistan have?
Answer: Over a Trillion dollars in MINERALS, including Lithium, Gold, Copper, Cobalt, Iron, etc.

I don't believe that any lawyer will agree to fight the big banks and Wall Street.
HOWEVER, if someone were able to PROVE to the people of the USA and the world that the Mainstream Media in the USA withheld information regarding the "Collapse of the U.S. economy" and the stock market crash over a year BEFORE it happened, and could expose it at a web site like WikiLeaks, then perhaps the entire WORLD might WAKE-UP, wouldn't you agree?
*The Mainstream Media is linked to the Federal Reserve. You can 'Google' this- WHO OWNS THE FED?, and go to the site with the 5 charts and see that 'Twentieth Century Fox Corporation' appears in 'Chart 4' and 'General Electric (NBC)' appears in 'Chart 5'.
Make sure to read the names of the banks in 'Chart 1'. And also review the names of other companies that are listed, like Exxon Corporation & Minnesota Mining & Mfg (3M).

Blaming... and no real solution.
'Google' this. "I have no solution so I post googles of who to blame'".
I actually concur with the poster. I do feel accountability should fall on those responsible. But since I believe the economic disaster this country is facing..is due to..the feds, the government, Wall Street, AND those who took out mortgages they had no POSSIBLE way of paying off...that there is enough blame to go around.
If you can find a law firm willing to take this on..I will be amazed. Perhaps I have no better solution to offer...but I do know..if I was to take out a mortgage, I would make sure I could meet my commitments, or except the loss.
Sure I would want to blame the banks and the gov and the feds..but what it comes down to...is personal choice. That is really one thing that Wall Street, the feds and the gub'ment have not been able to pilfer from the American citizens and hard working taxpayers.
And if they ever try..then I really pity this country. It won't be pretty.

Can you post ONE single documented report...of ANY bank teller that died..and an "unknown" insurance policy paid off the bank executives? Just ONE? Is that asking too much?
Now on the other hand..if top paid bankers/executives are insuring each other...can't really say I blame them. It is a gamble. But these greedy pricks are always a minute away from a heart atack. Heck I wish I could insure them myself and take them out to steak dinners...extra bolognese sauce. If the families want to enjoy the insurance dividends as well..I suggest they purchase a policy. Then pile on the steak dinners. No vegetables God forbid..Mac and cheese,,that is the appropriate side dish.

Is that a surprise? Was Mr. Johnson a bank teller?
The story is sad and I feel for the widow of course. Mr. Johnson had a history of brain tumors, I am surprised they were able to insure him at all.
The bank was Amegy Bank (never heard of them) but it seems he died after he was fired so the bank had canceled the supplement which would have gave his wife $150,000. I would agree it is sad to hear stuff like this..but if you or your spouse work for the devil I would imagine it comes with a degree of hell.
I would imagine as well the insurance companies should be responsible for this? I mean they are the ones selling the policies.

Do you remember when gasoline was over $4 a gallon in the USA because the price of OIL reached $147 a barrel in the summer of 2008?
*You can 'Google' this- DID SPECULATION FUEL OIL PRICE SWINGS, and watch that 60 Minutes segment on the web. Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan Chase, Morgan Stanley, & Barclays, were all named in that segment regarding the 'speculation' (manipulation) of oil in 2008.
Consider this: the USA consumes about 20 Million barrels of oil each day. The price of a barrel of oil went from around $70 in late 2007 to $147 a barrel in the summer of 2008.
$147 - $70 = $77
If you multiply $77 (additional profit for the 'speculators') by 20 Million barrels you'll get $1.54 BILLION in additional profit for the 'speculators' EACH DAY!
I believe that the BIG banks, & others, were manipulating the price of oil in order to stave-off a complete COLLAPSE of their companies, and at the same time hundreds of millions of people all over the world were suffering due to the rise in gasoline prices, which also caused the price of food (commodities) to rise because food needs to be transported, right?
Diesel fuel actually rose higher than gasoline in the summer of 2008. The price of a gallon of diesel fuel went well over $4.50 a gallon in many places in the USA. The truckers were having a hard time paying for fuel back then, remember? In Europe the truckers were blocking many of the roads in protest to the high price of diesel fuel.
In some countries, like India, people were starving because commodities like rice, wheat, and other grains, needed to be transported by trains & trucks and it resulted in higher prices for those commodities and many people couldn't afford to feed their families.
*To sum it all up, the BIG banks control most of the U.S. economy and other economies, like the ones in Europe. And since they obviously control the governments of Europe and the USA, the majority of the people living there have very little "hope", in my opinion.

And don't forget to 'Google' this- THERE IS NO GAS SHORTAGE, and go to the BusinessWeek article and read it. Make sure to read the comments posted at that article too.
In the only comment posted on December 25th, 2008, it states that the price of a barrel of oil closed at $35.18 on that day. (That's Christmas day!)

I'll prove it to you.
1) 'Google' this- DOW JONES HISTORICAL YAHOO, and go to that site and put in- August 1, 2007 to August 31, 2007 and you'll see that the first significant 'tremor' that the Dow Jones felt was on August 9th, 2007, when it lost 387 points from the previous day.
13,657 on Aug. 8th - 13,270 on Aug. 9th = 387 point loss.
2) 'Google' this- CRUDE OIL PRICE HISTORY, and go to that site and take a look at where the price of oil was on August 10th, 2007. (It was at $71.47 per barrel.)
3) Stay at that site and look at what happened to the price of oil until September 26th, 2008.
4) If you go back to #1, you can see that the stock market crashed on September 29th, 2008. (It lost 777 points that day.)
5) Go back to #2 and look what happened to the price of oil after September 29th, 2008, which was after the BIG banks were guaranteed BILLIONS of dollars in TAXPAYER'S money from the 'TARP' by Henry Paulson, former Treasury secretary.
*August 2007 was right around the time Countrywide was having severe problems due to the FORECLOSURE MESS, correct?
By manipulating the price of oil, the 'big-shots' were able to charge the ENTIRE WORLD for their mistakes that resulted in the housing market in the USA, which has put MILLIONS of homes into foreclosure, correct?

Americans would have gone to the GM CREDIT CARD SERVICES page of Ripoff Report and read 'Consumer Comment #1', which was posted under Ripoff Report #271454, they could have read where "The Collapse of the U.S. economy" was predicted on September 3rd, 2007, correct?
(Many Americans were not aware of the fact that about 90% of their retirement accounts were invested in the stock market.)
Keep in mind that 'Consumer Comment #1' at Ripoff Report #271454 was posted shortly after August 9th, 2007, when the Dow Jones felt its first significant 'tremor' and lost 387 points.
*You see, by noticing what is happening in our world today, it is possible to predict what will happen in the future.
(The collapse of the U.S. economy & the stock market crash DID take place about a year later in September of 2008.)
Example of how to predict the future: Right now the U.S. Military is in Afghanistan, correct? Many of the 'bad guys' are being flushed into Pakistan, right? Pakistan is a country that is having difficulties due to infrastructure that has been destroyed by significant flooding in recent months.
Tens of Millions of people are suffering from the lack of food and clean water. Pakistan is a country that is vulnerable right now, and when a country is vulnerable it can become a place where others might go to take advantage. Pakistan is also experiencing attacks from the U.S. Military near its borders. This could make the people living in Pakistan revolt against America.
If the masses of people in Pakistan revolted against America and the 'bad guys' were able to take control of that country, then the 'bad guys' could gain control of Pakistan. If that were to happen, then the 'bad guys' would have access to about 100 NUCLEAR WEAPONS.
If that happened, it would be possible that they could use those weapons against anyone they wanted, correct?
*All of the clues and indicators are leading me to believe that the above scenario might happen in the near future. If it does, I'll be able to direct everyone to this consumer comment and to "WikiLeaks Song 18", and people will be able see how easy it is to predict the future based on what is currently taking place.
P.S. I hope it never happens. But "hope" is not good enough.

Stop posting these anti Semitic websites based on thousands of year old fairly tales and are there to imply all Jews hate Jesus and Christians. Total NONSENSE.
Granted, the majority of bankers are Jews...but not all of them. And certainly our elected officials are not all Jews...anyone can go to school to be a banker..perhaps more Jews have then others so they got the jobs.
And certainly...every American citizen is subjected to and had a choice to be a customer or not...or borrow money from or not any bank or financial institution they choose.
And when these banks and financial institutions conduct the deceptions and rip offs, all customers are effected. You think there are no Jews out there unhappy with their interest rates?, or fees? You think there are no Jews right now that lost equity in their homes, or foreclosed? You think there are any Jews out there right now that can't sell their homes unless they take a big loss? You know there are. Think any Jews lost their jobs or had pay cuts or lost benefits? Well they have. Do Jews overpay the same for gas that the hedgers cause to rise in price for no real reason? I think so.
According to that Talmud nonsense...they could only do this to non Jews..so it is safe to conclude the Jew bankers are not abiding by the Talmud..but simple unbiased, greed without prejudice. And that fact that not all of them are Jews also makes that google useless.
Is this really news or google/bing worthy?
I mean if everything gets destroyed..what good is it going to do the bankers either? How can wall street survive another crash? Granted the Fed could do more regulation to keep the greed in check..but no one stands to gain from another economic collapse. How will they sell off all the foreclosed homes?
I am about done dealing with this crap Karl. I am glad in a sense they will not ban you from this site since I like that it does not restrict freedom of speech..but why not stop the racist googles? How does it help the world or any victims of a ripoff? People do need to wise up..but in this day and age the best advice my not come from those racist googles and bings. take a look at what is happening right now, it will be much easier for you to understand what was happening 1,977 years ago when Jesus was put on trial, and eventually crucified.
The people back in Jesus' day were obviously experiencing the same things that the people of today are experiencing. There were 'big-shots' back then, just as there are now. These 'big-shots' wanted control over the masses of people, but some of the people spoke-out against what was happening.
Take a look at the parallel between what happened to Jesus and what is currently happening to Bradley Manning, as an example. Jesus was a whistleblower, just like Bradley Manning. He wasn't afraid of the 'big-shots'. He was exposing them to the people of his day and it was weakening and humiliating the Jewish authorities who were in charge. Keep in mind that Jesus was a Jew. It doesn't matter what a person's race is.
Greed and fraud have been around for thousands of years. Nothing has changed. War has been around for thousands of years. Nothing has changed. Society today is no different from the way it was 1,977 years ago when Jesus was speaking-out against the 'big-shots'.
Guess what?
Written history is wrong. Jesus was simply a man. A man who did great things, and was 'for' the people. The 'big-shots' knew that they would lose control if he was able to gather the people together against them. That's why they set him up and put him on trial. The greed that exists today was just as powerful as the greed that existed 1,977 years ago in 33AD. Most people will 'bow down' and serve the ones who are greedy because they control, and controlled, the economies and the governments.
The great ones all spoke-out against greed, fraud, corruption, deception, lies....... Jesus obviously spoke-out with a little more passion. It ended up getting him killed. Here are some of the other great ones; Siddhartha Gautama (the buddha), Mohammed, Mahatma Gandhi, Morihei Ueshiba.
Maybe someday people will realize that there is only one true religion. Right now, no one seems to understand. Not even our religious 'leaders'. Even religion is a business nowadays. The love of money and material gain has destroyed almost every society.
So, here are the answers to the three questions:
1) Telling the truth.
2) Yes. He was 'awakening' the people.
3) Because he was weakening their power and control over the masses of people by exposing the truth and humiliating the 'big-shots'.

Now as far as Karl. I know he has no shame in what he does here. People are suffering and most of it actually has to do with their own poor decisions. As seen recently, when the banks are conducting unfair tactics...regulations have changed for the better, and lawsuits are continuing forward. It is never easy to fight greed, especially when those in control are so powerful..but it can be done. When greed is causing so much hardship to others less fortunate..then yes, I say it is worth exposing. But, it is also better to try to help and not spread hate and fear. I do not believe Jesus would have handled it that way, or Moses, or Mohammad, or Buddha.

Many economists, including Alan Greenspan, did not believe that there would be a recession in the USA back in 2007 and in early 2008. Alan Greenspan actually stated that the probability of a recession was at around 30% in early 2008. He later said it was around 50%.

He was wrong!
Here's why just about every economist, the politicians, and the so-called 'experts' were wrong-
They only see the 'numbers' and the 'figures' and the 'data' that comes out in regards to the economy in the USA. They DON'T see, and understand, how these numbers, figures, and data are attained.

on December 18th, 2008, the price of an ounce of GOLD was $855.25, and today the price of an ounce of GOLD is currently at $1,372.00
Gold has increased in value by over 60% from December 18th, 2008, until this precise moment, right?
$855.25 x 60% = $513.15
So if we add $855.25 (price of gold on 12/18/2008) + $513.15 (60% increase) we get $1,368.40 which is right about where the price of an ounce of gold is currently trading, correct?

I agree that the possibility is too broad for an attorney to invest time and resources. There are so many businesses and lending institutions that are no longer desirous of a profit, and instead seem Hell bent on placing all Americas into a contemporary SERF system. Serfdom is a socio-economic system where citizens are made into the un-free, or slaves, in this case by making Americans a consumer culture rather than a manufacturing one. In Medieval times the serfs were forced to labor on the field owned by a landlord in return for protection and the ability to work the fields, and were tied to each other legally. Sound familiar? If we base our financial on consumption then we need the banks and Wall Street. It is the difference between doing something to afford services or products, or buying something with credit. Santa: I'm so glad that I sold all of my gold after our first conversation on December 25th, 2010. Gold was at $1,380 that day, and it's now at $1,310 an ounce according to information I just received at the cnnmoney site. I just went to that site and clicked on 'Oil', and saw that gold was at $1,310.20 an ounce a few moments ago.
Dasher: Good for you, Santa! Gold was bound to come down in price because it seems as though the commodities bubble might be about to burst. If food prices continue to rise, we can say bye-bye to any economic recovery in the USA and in Europe.
Santa: It's too bad that so many bubbles have formed.
Dasher: I know, but that's how the U.S. economy has been functioning for many years. It's got to stop so people can have a chance to live a happy life.
Santa: You are right about that, Dasher. So many people are hurting right now, and it seems as though the governments of Europe and America are only interested in keeping themselves afloat. And they're doing it at the expense of millions upon millions of innocent people.
Dasher: You're right, Santa. Gasoline is over $3 a gallon almost everywhere in the USA. It's going to create price increases on food, airline tickets, and just about everything else because the costs will be passed onto the consumer.
Santa: And the debt is completely out of control in the USA. 'Debt' + 'Deficit Spending' will result in an 'economic disaster', right?
Dasher: You hit the nail on the head with that one, Santa! The people are going to suffer from what their leaders are doing, and not doing. The government has to be cut significantly or the American people, and their children, grand-children, and great grand-children, will be caught in a trap that will make life miserable.
Santa: So what do you think is going to happen?
Dasher: I'm afraid to say, but it looks as though another meltdown of some kind will hit the USA within the next few months because the debt ceiling is almost at its legal limit.

If you type in 271454 at this site you can read Betty's Ripoff Report, which was submitted on August 30th, 2007. She said that her interest rate on her GM credit card went from 10.99% to 32.44%, and she never made a late payment and had a 716 credit score.
Betty's Ripoff Report was posted right around the time when GM and Countrywide were having financial difficulties, right?

There once were some people
I don't think you know 'em
That's why I sat down
To write world empire poem

It appears that the Pope
Doesn't understand history
His church makes huge profits

The answer to the question
Is so easily found
Take a look at what's happening

It appears that religious leaders have purposely kept the masses 'corralled', in order for the big-shots to profit from their flock. Or, the religious leaders simply don't know the truth. Most religious leaders seem to be no different than the government leaders. The great ones, like Muhammad, Jesus Christ, and Siddhartha Gautama ( the buddha), obviously knew this.

Banks and WallStreet are not the problem. Ignorant people and a country full of parasitic people known as America is the problem.
Pay your debts people. If you hate the banks then don't borrow money from them. They are the reason you are able to live in the home that you live in. They are the reason that you are able to abuse the system and file bankruptcy so you can screw the 47% of Americans that actually pay taxes. Banks and WallStreet help create opportunity. If you don't like them then don't do business with them.
If you can't afford your mortgage payment then you should NOT be in the home or that mortgage plain and simple. It's not the banks fault it's your fault for living beyond your means.
I live in a home that I can afford.
I put savings aside in the event that I were to lose my job.
I pay my bills.
I prepare for unexpected hardships.
I'm responsible.
I'm accountable.
And I hope that the banks can foreclose on all of these homes ASAP so our economy can actually start to recover. Grow up people and do your part. There's no such thing as a free lunch and if you say there is then I'm the one paying for it.

listen to his bosses at the BIG banks in America, who sent him a letter today?
You can 'Google' this- BANK CEOS: RAISE THE DEBT CEILING THIS WEEK- OR ELSE, and read the article that came out earlier today, July 28, 2011.
My guess is that he will sign some type of a debt ceiling increase soon so the Federal Reserve can continue to operate its Ponzi scheme, which consists of the BIG banks, Wall Street, and the U.S. Government.
It should be very interesting to watch what happens over the next few days and into next week, when the USA could default on its debt obligations to countries like China and others who were tricked into investing their money into the United States of America.
It's too bad that investors all over the world didn't come to this website in August of 2007 and type in 269041 and read 'Consumer Comment #3' at Ripoff Report #269041 entitled- "Blame it on a Lawyer", wouldn't you agree? If they had, then they would have understood the truth about Wall Street and what was about to happen in the USA, right?

Dear America,
1. The banks are not modifying the home loans within the best interest of the America, they are modifying the
loans within the best interest of the banks and there investors who they had promised they would make millions of dollars of the
working poor of America.
2. A house that cost say $70,000 15 years ago to build ends up selling for $350,000 in California, and by time the banks add
there high interest rates using FICO scores to grossly over charge the poor and minority, and if the buyer ever finish paying for the $350.000 house grossly over charged, the buyer would have paid close to a million dollars in fees, penalty, and high interest
rates all encouraged by the banks and investors.
3. When you look at the picture and the people who would encourage a $70,000 house to sell for $350,000,it's the banks,and
there investors, escrow agents,real-estate agents,insurance agency s and everybody on the receiving end against the home buyer who doesn’t want to sell the house for profit.
4. In my neighborhood several houses had been foreclosed on and sitting vacant for over a year. It seems like it would have been better for the banks to work out something affordable and keep the buyers in the homes because loans are harder to achieve and the banks cant resell the homes for the greedy $400,000 like they were doing in the pass. These
homes are down closer to it's true value $150,000 max and should remain at that price, because (1) those homes made from dry wall and 2 by 4 wood. (2) those homes were not made from solid concrete blocks and steel. (3) the total price in material for one of those dry wall house is about $35,000 at Home Depot. Boulders like K.B. Homes get these material for allot less because they buy in bulk. (4) If these prices are not regulated and allowed to return to a greedy $400,000 it will reproduce the same result " a broken economy and fore-closers of homes"
5. The home modification process left up to the bank to make the modification has turned into a next scam by the banks.The
modification process does not need to be so complicated the first basis for the modification should be the true value of the
property.
6.Why? Because the banks and their greedy investors premeditated and caused this housing crisis and artificial value within the housing market.
7. A Full disclose of what the buyer is paying with current system buyer don't realize how much they are paying $542,827.85 for a house built 20 years ago that cost $70,000 is unfair. Check out " Payment Summary" how much money the bank are milking from the poor in interest "$192,827.85" with that amount of interest the banks are squeezing out the poor. You can buy a second house for $192,827.85 the banks should only make $30,000 in interest. say $10,000 per $100,000 max.

10.Why? This would stabilize the housing market and bring back steady growth to the economy and reduced the national deficit.
11. Retroactively convert on all home loans to the 50% interest 50% principle.
12. Why? Because the banks premeditated interest only loans for home buyers so if there’s any foreclosure the banks gets to walk away with all the money the home buyer paid for years leaving home buyer with nothing. If 50% interest
and 50% principle was applied to all loans the banks would not be so quick to foreclose because they would have to give the home buyer back money. The banks figured out a way how to make their money off the top why the national deficit keeps rising out of control.
13.Something is fundamentally wrong when A few pieces of drywall wood and nails that is nicely decorated with stucco to give the look of a break building start to carry a sticker price of $350,000, these homes a few years ago was priced closer to its
true value $80,000 to $100,000 that could have been paid off in less years and was affordable and would allow teachers,
firefighters, police man and women,civil workers,mom and pop the backbone of America a chance to own a home.
14.What started the problem?
After the Federal Government told the banks to grant these loans without down payments the banks and greed caused a $80.000 house to sell for $350.000 because, there was no laws that set the limit on what the max markup on the house sale could be i.e. Georgia Ave. and Kennedy Street NW Washington DC 20011 cost $70,000 to build from drywall the max on that house should be say, $10,000 profit max. on $100,000 loan.. It's not so much Freddie Mac Fannie Mae fault this would have worked if
these home prices were governed by law.
15.Landlords and real-estate investors did not like that idea of buying a home for the same amount of money you pay in rent with no down payment and when the banks saw that Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae would back those loans the homes that was $80,000, start carrying a sticker price of $350,000 and if the buyer ever finish paying for the home the buyer would have paid about $800,000 for the $80,000 house because there’s not a maximum limits on the markup what the banks and investors can make.
16.Now that the homes start coming back down closer to its true value it’s totally unfair for the banks not to reduce the payments
and principal to the true property value all because the bank had promised there investors and every one on the receiving end they were going to make huge profits of the back of The American People. Here are these company-s who don’t want the false value of a $80,000 house selling for $350,000 to reduce and is trying to squeeze the money from the home buyers."it's the banks,and there investors, escrow agents,real-estate agents,insurance agency s and everybody on the receiving end" against the home buyer who doesn’t want to sell the house for profit.
17.What this all adds up to?
The banks and their greedy investors don’t want us to own our homes, they have designed a system that they stay in control of
the stock and permanently own the stock by using interest only loans, hoping that the buyer defaults on loans so the bank can
repossess the homes and resell them again and again making their money off the top while the national deficit rise out of control.
18. After people finish paying for their $80,000 home the banks invented home equity loans, hoping that the buyer would default so the banks end-up back with property.
19. Over charged legal fees to the home buyer during foreclosures to keep the home buyer further behind in payments.
20."Banking Discrimination" using low FICO scores to charge the poor and minority higher interest rates than what the state allows.The banks claim "low FICO scores is more of a risk". This makes no sense the banks doubles the risk

26.Mandate that the banks automatically adjust the loan payments based on the fair property value without carrying the home owner through a process where the banks can say no to the loan modification. The banks should not have the option to "say no" to the loan modification because they are at the core of the problem "by wanting to sell something that only value $80,000 for
$350,000" and promising there investors worldwide that they would make millions of the working Americans while keeping the country in debt.
27. Set a cap on what a property can sell for i.e. a house that cost say $70,000 to build, no one can charge more than say 10 % of the cost to build. $10,000 profit max on $100,000 loan. These houses were built from drywall and these houses don't value the money the banks and there greedy investors wants.
28.Set a cap on neighborhoods house price based on the resident’s annual income.
i.e. Georgia Ave and Kennedy street NW Washington DC 20011 this is where the poor lives with an income of about $40.000 or less annually but homes in those areas cost way more than what those residents can afford to buy, i.e. the bus drivers,school
teachers,civil servants,mom and pop, the backbone of The USA all squeezed out of the housing market by the banks and there
investors because homes in those neighborhoods that cost say $50,000 to build 20 years ago was selling for a greedy unfair
$350,000 until the greed start distorting America. These house prices should be set based on the income of the residents and not
out of proportion to the residents’ income because this turns the American dream in a nightmare and hinders the prosperity of
America.
29.During a recession the banks, investors, people with deep pockets loves recessions because they can now buy-up the poor
people’s sorrow for pennies on the dollar that’s why we don’t want to modify loans.
30.When the country is in a recession the banks should be forced to work with its customers and suspend all foreclosures until the
contrary is out of the recession and things return to normal because a rescission is defined as not enough money on the street
to go around in every ones pocket. A recession is like the gas shortage in the 1970's not enough gas for all the cars on the
street.
31.Abolish FICO score practices that allow banks to charge higher interest rates because of low FICO scores increasing the risk
resulting in the possibility that the borrower may default on financial obligations to the mortgage lender.
32.Make the banks and others who manufactured this over charging to home buyer re appraise the value based on If the house cost, say $100,000 to build between $40-$200 per square foot... cap the markup at say 10%, $10,000 profit max on $100,000 loan,put a cap so home builders and Banks so they can’t jack up the cost per square foot to build.
33. The banks are commenting economic terrorism on America by keeping America in debt the banks is causing more economic damage than 911.

FACT: The Dow Jones lost over 50% of its value from July 16, 2007, until March 9, 2009. On July 16, 2007, the Dow closed at 13,950 points. On March 9, 2009, the Dow Jones closed at its lowest level in over a decade. It closed at 6,547 points on March 9, 2009.

And Stacey of course you know how serious I am that Karl is paid by the Feds. I bet that Karl meets secretly with the Feds and Obama on a regular basis and they instruct him to post how evil they are but to act like a lunatic so everyone just disregards the reports. That would be a brilliant conspiracy.
