Citimorgage BI-Weekly Payment Scam columbus, Ohio

I signed up for the Bi-Weekly payment program for my Citimortgage.  I opted for the 4 times a month drafts, plus included some extra principal to be directly drafted from my bank acoount and credited to my mortgage account.  There was a $345.oo fee to enroll in this program  which was supposed to shave 7 years off of my mortgage by saving me interest.  Citimortgage  send me paper work to confirm this transaction, but the information they sent back was wrong, they had the wrong dates and amounts.  So, after many phone calls and emails, Citimortgage sent me the correct paper work. 

The first month they agreed to start, they forgot to pay my mortgage.  When they finally, got on track to make the next months payment, they took the first draft from my checking account, but did not apply it to my mortgage till the end of the month.  They have continued to do this for a year.  They are taking my money and putting it in their interest bearing account .Meanwhile, my mortgage payment is not going down, because the intestest I am supposed to be saving is sitting in a Citimortgage account.  I feel trapped and frustrated.  I dont whe to turn for help.
