Citizensbank excessive overdraft charges, raising fees, bad customer service, sneaky check processing Riverside Rhode Island

Where do i begin? This bank Sucks! I should have known better when i 1st opened the account with them. They asked for a $25 min dep. I gave them a money order. What did they do ? they process my very 1st transaction as a check (overdrawing my acct) and then to add insult to injury they charged me $25 overdraft fee.

There customer service people are down right rude and arrogant. They ask for your ss# everytime you call (like you are just a number).

Furthomre, they process all of your transactions late at night and will put any transactions thru before your (payroll direct deposit) so they can make money off of you.

BALANCE IS LESS $150 BECAUSE OF THERE INABILITY TO PROCESS PAYMENTS AS THEY COME IN.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have already complained to the banking commission in my state. I have been ripped off to the tune of $792.00 in OVERDRAFAT FEES!! I was only credited back $70.00 ??? are you kidding me..rippofff beware of this bank and there deceptive check processing, and ambigious terms and conditions.

ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCE THIS BANK'S BLATEN RIPPOFF ??? You call this a Citizens Bank ?? They should be called #$$*@
