I saw the other peoples reports and thought that I was the only one who had problems with COMPASS BANK in Denver. My problem is that they do not live up to their promises. I have an organization, so we have four accounts with COMPASS BANK. So the other day I woke up to balance my books on all accounts. I was shocked at what I saw, they had screwed up all four accounts. They sent me my debit visas on a letter. So I took one opened up the letter, and put it with that account. Then the second, the third and the fourth. Well when I looked on the computer they mixed up the cards. The cards that were originally attached to the letters were wrong but how did I know, so when I talked to Melissa in the VP's office, she treated me like I was a child. When I talked to her I also told her that there was a deposit not put on my account for $1000. She says they could not find it. So I am screwed on this. Then I told her that someone needed to get with me on line so we could get this fixed immediately. She told me yesterday that she would have someone call me right back. Well 8 hours later no call so I called David in the Corporate office and left him a message, no call back. WTF what are they doing. I am a single mom and trying to help families out of my organizations funds and they dont even care. COMPASS BANK IS A FRAUD PLEASE NO ONE USE THIS BANK. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

IF everything is true what you are saying and Compass Bank will not help you you need to contact the Comptroller of the Currency(OCC). You can reach them at 1-800-613-6743.

But with that said there are some things that seem strange. First you posted this on a Sunday but kept referring to "yesterday" when the management was supposed to get back to you. I don't know of any VP's that work on weekends, so I figure you meant Friday.

Also, Debit Cards go through a lot of verifications, and it is rare for a debit card to be linked to the wrong checking account. Having 4 cards linked incorrectly seems almost impossible. As for your missing $1000, hopefully you have a receipt that shows you made the deposit. Because in order to help you I am sure that the OCC will want all the proof you have in your defense.
