Credit One Bank Fraudulent Account Opened by Credit One Bank, with no attempt to investigate the Crime! Las Vegas Nevada

After having some identity problems through another credit company, I urgently checked my credit report to catch anything more. Alas, a credit card has been issued by Credit One Bank.

After dealing with other fraudulent charges with other companies, I thought it would be a breeze to clean up, this was not the case.

My initial contact with this horrible company was seemingly ok, they had not my real phone number, adress, or anything else. Wanting to clean up this problem I offer them the correct details in order to cooperate with the fraud investigation.

I was told to call the fraud hotline they supplied me with. After leaving two messages over a two week time I received no response. The number was only an answering machine, and had no other options or extensions.

So I call the Credit company again, only to be told that the fraud department is the only way to get things started. After a rude conversation supplied by the bank, I was told to write the fraud department.

After writing, and waiting around two months, I receive nothing but a new collection agency calling! They had sold this fraudulent debt while knowing full well that it needed to be investigated! I still can not believe it.

After a second failed attempt of disputing this through the reporting agencies, I am at a loss of ideas.
