This company is very rude they screwed me out of lots of money im sure of it i was late on one payment and it ended up i was paying then 50.00 a month and sometimes more and they still said i was late and owed more money. i tryed to reason with them but no way i was going to do that they just wanted to argue and fight with me so unperfessional. i couldnt believe they were talking to me like this .so the lady said u need to pay your bill i said i have been and she argued with me until she finally closed my account i was treated so unfair and riped off by this company and now my account is closed and i havnt payed them so i guess my credit is bad because of these idiots.

On-line or paper statements?

AUTHOR: Jay - Chicago (U.S.A.)

I've set up the free online account so I can view past and present account activity and charges for each statement and compare to my paper statements I receive in the mail.  The online account actually gives you more up-to-date details on what's pending so I will know where ever dollar goes and when my payments were posted so there's no confusion.
