Crescent Bank And Trust Harrassment with little to no help when you talk to them New Orleans Louisiana

Since having my car loan with Crescent Bank and Trust I have been called repeatedly about my loan.I am even called before the loan payment is due as a reminder that it is upcoming.

When they started this I mailed the payment late to see what would happen.

What happens is they phone me and my references on my loan agreement repeatedly during the day. If they are unable to speak to me they leave me messages about taking furhter actions on my account. This is a threat and they can not do that. Seeing how the 800 number they provide is to a general mail box and not to Dee Lopez. You would think if they really wanted to hear from you they could give you an extension. The one time an extension was provided to me it was not recongnizable in their system.

Also, when you leave a message in their generic mail box you never get a call back, until it is time for them to start harrassing you again about your payment.

I have begun telling them what ever just to shut them up. They have been told when my pay dates are and I even ask if I could change the payment date on my account. The answer to that question was we don't do that.

Since when are they not in the customer service industry?

I am tired of having to deal with these people and will be glad when my loan is paid.
