EASTERN SAVINGS BANK Facing foreclosure from Eastern Savings bank. The top predators in the states. Any one include me in your class action lawsuit. While signing papers through a broker friend in a hrs time rate went from 7% to 12% locked in WHAT????? Newlenox, Illinois

I had a broker friend refinance us to Eastern Savings Bank, He said he was a friend of the lender. Well needless to say that the so called friend is in jail. At the time of signing the loan papers, I was told  to hold on about a few minutes.The Broker stated that the intrest rates were dropping and going up every hour of the day. My husband and I were allmost done signing papers that we thought was 7% on the loan. While we sat in his basement (makeshift office) waithing for the paper to come through a fax. When we were done the intrest rate jumped to 12.99%. I told the broker I am going throw up on your desk. I went home and couldnt sleep wondering what I got myself into. Broker promised me that he could get it changed to a lower rate in a couple of days. I called him and the eastern savings to change it. There reply was " In a year if your good on your payments" Never happened. Laid off and we made it but on a month late. Second year laid off of construction, Tried to work something out. I never heard of a bank that doe's not except credit card payments on the phone. Then I started to really worry. I went from $700 payment from a bank to $1550 a month on a 2 rm condo. I feel this is underhand and crooked. We and other people who are having problems like this needs to fight back. Stay in your homes.. Don't listen to them when they claim that they don't want your home. I would like to see the actual signed note from bank and not a copy. When taken to court on the 20th for foreclosure I demand the one who authorized the note. Include me in you class action. Thank you
