Fifth Third Bank This bank messes up everything they put there hands on Clinton Township, Michigan

This bank is awful:

They mess up everything they touch.  Ask them to remove my Late wife name from credit card and they close the account.  Ask for copy's of checks and they can't find them. So much for letting them talk you into paperless statements

Thay ask me to refinance my car that  I have been paying on for two years on time.  Told me I shood take advantage of the lower interest rates and thay well not charge me refinacing fees.  Mind you I have a A+ credit score and never missed a payment.  Send me a letter telling me thay can’t give me the lone because there not sure I can pay for it.

I’m paying the loan on time at the higher percentage but thay don’t think I can make the payments at a lower rate.
These people are brain dead.  This bank is a joke
