Anyone affected by FCNB or its collection agencies, We can file a class action suit as FCNB is 1)reporting inaccurate information, 2) is in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, 3) is using deceptive collection practices by adding interest and charges after disputes have been filed with them and 4) is posting accounts twice on people's credit reports (once for FCNB and once for the collection agency for the same account which is in violation of the FTC).
