First USA Bank NA APR RIPOFFS FRAUDULENT TRANSACTIONS Wilmington Delaware

In July 2001 our United Mileage Plus Visa account with First USA Bank was opened with an APR 16.90%. By September the APR was 16.65%. In the same month the APR rose to 427.35%. By October 2001 it as 146.43%. By November 2001 it was 43.92%. Suddenly by December 2001 it was 14.90%.

By February 2002 it was 19.10%. Also byy February 2002 our credit line was raised to $8700. Then in the same month it was 14.65% where it's stayed to date. Where are the "FIXED" APRs indeed?

In June 2002 we CANCELLED this account after the bank kept on permitting a supplement company(put into receivership by the Arizona Attorney General no less!)to randomly charge our account at will twice a month for UN-authorized and UN-confirmed transactions simply because one and ONLY one transaction had been authorized and we had "participated" with the company.

And just this month of August 2002 the bank permitted yet another entity to charge our account not once but TWICE for two separate transactions never even made two months AFTER the account was CANCELLED and CLOSED.

The fraudulent f---ers SORELY need to be SUED and PUT OUT OF BUSINESS!!!!
