FIRST USA BANK AKA AOL, VISA rip-off Increased my intrest without my knowledge bogus charges WILMINGTON Delaware

I have had my credit card for a couple of years, they increased my intrest without notifying me, (they said they did) they said they found something on my credit report. ( I had had no late payments and always on time, but did have a medical bill in collections, that had nothing to do with them.

I read my statement and found that they had been charging me for an insurance program I had not signed up for, that since they had increased my intrest rate my minimum payment due did not even cover the intrest rate, that this insurance put me over my limit and was charged an over the limit fee even tho I had not charged anything on this card in a year.

when I called them on it, they took off 1 month of the insurance (I had to pay the other 5)but still had to pay the over the limit fee.So I paid the bill the next month they Charged me another over the limit fee, because again the intrest put me over the top.

they are holding my credit hostage because I can't afford to pay off the credit card. when I called customer service, they actually laughed at me and said (ouch, sorry but we can't do anything about it, guess you'll just have to pay the bill!.
