Gateway, Hurley Bank and Care Credit Legal? Loan sharks! bank ripoff Gray Tennessee

I purchased a Gateway computer, in July of 2000!I hadn't begun to have problems, until I had to file on my credit protection, due to open heart surgery in Feb. of this year! The insurance company, American Bankers, finally made a small payment this week! The way it works, is that you have to continue making your payment when due or you get the old late charqe fee! Hell, if I had the money, I wouln't have filed on their stupid insurance! They bill me monthly, but will not assist, with the claims! As, for the credit card, from Gateway, that seems to be the way they get away with the outrageous interest rates!!I tore that card up and I will never purchase anything from them again! My daughter, bought her computer 6 month, before I did! She paid $2500, and still owes $2400, thats B.S.(I owe them $400.00, and you would think it were $4,000,000.00)

My husband dentist, and Care Credit screwed him to the wall! There was no disclosure regarding interest rate, until the first bill! They mailed him a short form, to fill out and return, to his dentist! The next thing we know, he gets a card, still nothing regarding interest! This type of business practice, makes the mob, look pretty good...at least you would know what was coming!
