Approved for a $ 6000.00 credit line , from ge money bank orlando florida. received the Honda Card. Before considering to use the credit line , I
entered GE Money Bank, in the search engine at www.ripoffreport.com and the results sent red flags popping up many times, in reference to consumer complaints filed, against GE MONEY Bank, Orlando , Florida. I called customer service, after a long hold time waiting for a live talking customer service representative. Finally, He was alive, but brain dead, and would not answer simple questions, before I ask the questions, I read all of the reports
on ripoffreport, from other consumers complaining about ge money bank.

As a result speaking english with honest questions and concerns, he was brain dead, and would not answer directly with a response, I strongly beleive
he was deceptive, and or had a script, to follow. Even if just part of the consumer complaints against ge money bank were true, consumers beware, before using ge money bank, aand any credit lines they offer who ever the retailers are. I will close my unused credit account, and cut the Honda Credit CARD UP !!

My previous experience with Customer Service reference there ability not to be able to answer my direct questions reference the honda Card,
I continued my effort and was able to contact Mr. Gregory Mallin, and he told me his Title was " Relationship Executive" for the Honda Card at GE Money Bank.

He did return my email and a phone number , where I was able to place a phone call to his office. I left a voice mail message for him to return my phone call on June 18th, 2007. On June 19th Mr. Mallin did return my phone call, and I feel he appeared to answer my questions I was expecting from customer service, that failed. And he did apoligize to me, on behalf of GE Bank, and he foreward my complaint
to the site director at the customer service center.

My conclusion in reference to the honda card program : Send out your payments 10 business days early, by us mail , also send a bank or us postal money order, have proof of mailing, and when it arrived at there post office for pick up. You can require a signature for who pick it up, and time. And keep track of all comunications, calls and us mail.

If your payment is sitting at there post office, in which they fail to pick up, in a timley manner, I would take court action, in a tort claim, and if the court rules, in you favor, also seek reburstment for legal and court fee's. Make your payments before due date, and keep records !! This update is no way meant to be legal advise (DISCLAIMER). My update is for my imformation only, what I may or may not do.
