This company takes 5 days to post payments that are done unline. I have several other credit cards and all online payments are always posted the same day when done in the morning. On 8/31/07 in the morning I made a payment. Today is 9/4/07 5 PM and the payment has not posted yet.

Website states 2 business days.

AUTHOR: Nikki - Coconut Creek (U.S.A.)

If you make a payment on Friday morning, the payment should post with Monday's date, but won't show online until Tuesday. Since Monday was a holiday, your payment should post with Tuesday's date, but you won't be able to view it online until Wednesday (tomorrow).

If that does not happen, I would call them tomorrow, citing the website's FAQ. At least they don't charge a fee for online payments like many other credit cards do.

I don't work for them, just a customer.
