JP Morgan Chase Bank Customer Beware Louisville Kentucky

Please be aware that this bank will process the largest debits to your account before the smallest ones in an effort to protect themselves. I have had two instances where my deposit was not posted in a timely manner and my account balance was low. I had three transactons out that I was sure would clear the bank because I had funds available to cover them. Well, instead of processiing the ones that was sure to clear they processed the largest one therefore making all the small ones NSF. They charged me 140.00 for the fees. When I called customer service to inquire the representative was smirky about it and said stated that was their way of protecting themselves from loss. What do they loseby paying the debits that I can cover and if necessary returning the one that won't clear and charge a fee for that one instead of the four they charged me. They debit your account and take their money off top anyway. About a week later it happened again and they charged me 10 NSF fees $350.00 for the same reason and the rep again said Oh well we have to protect ourselves. I have been unable to pay my mortgage because my account has been so messed up. Each time I contact them I am told that I should open up a savings account with them in order to avoid NSF fees. I would love to be able to do so but as a single parent of two, I have no savings. I have been paying them so much in fees that finances are in bad shape.and I am in danger of losing my home. This bank is all about serving themselves and the wealthy. Little people Beware!
