JP Morgan Chase Use any tactic to collect fees. Kent, Washington

I have a checking account through JP Morgan Chase. I use it for 2 bills that have to be paid by automatic payment. I always have the about for those bills in the acc. It used to be a free checking acc. In April they started to charge $10.00 Service fee per month. I have had this acc. for about 8 years. I frogot that they take the fee out on the 15th. On the 16th of June I had a payment come out for $34.00. JP Morgan Chase took there fee out on June 15th. So when they took out my 34.00 payment. It made me negative $8.00. So they charged me a $34.00 fee for insifficiate funds. I went to the bank today to find out if they could provide a fee reminder by email. They said sorry no. I asked for a refund. Check my accout. I don't have negative balences. They said sorry can't do it. So I said, because of you're fee I'm out $34.00. They said sorry. Well I guess they don't need my buisness. I have ordered a checking acc. through my credit union.
