Key Bank Which is better, open a bank account and get robbed by the bank or rob the bank? Denver Colorado

I recently opened a checking acct. with key bank. I decided to get overdraft protection one day and called after banking hours, the person that helped me told me I would have a credit check for the protection and that it would be easier if I just opened a savings. So I agreed.

By the end of the month they had taken near 300 dollors out of my acct for overdraft charges b/c all my money was in the savings acct. and they never transfered it.

They never even gave me a atm card for the savings acct. So even with a well sufficient amount in my savings, (which was my college tuition--that I have never put in the bank) I would deposit money in my checking and transfer it to my savings. Real classy right!!
