Merrick Bank ripoff refusing to giving me credit gave out my number to places that callme to lower the rates etc Hicksville New York

I started getting phone calls from people asking me if it was ok to charge things on my card and ask if wanted to lower my rates. i told them no and asked how they got my number they said from a list. i mailled a money ordder for my payment that got lost so i money grammed another payment and was told after they received that they would take off the late charges now they will not do it and still want more money before they do it. i also received a letter from thanking me for my request to lower the rates i never requested int first place and of course it was refused and i never even gave anyone else permission to request it.
