NATIONAL CITY BANK / PNC BANK WORST BANK EVER DISILLUSIONS AND LIES TO ALL CLIENTS WHO BANK W/THEM CLEVELAND Ohio

National City Bank has been the #1 source of stress in my life for the past 5 years.

I have had a checking account since I was 12 (with other banks) and I have never run into this many problems with a bank. I have a different credit line on my visa every week and a varying balance every month. My paper statements were being sent to the wrong address for 5 months despite the numerous times I changed my online profile and spoke with customer service.

For months I would be charged astronomical overdraft fees, after deposits of $500+ were made. The fees increased as the years went on, without my being notified. New ones would be incurred whenever they felt like it and when i would call they would rarely be able to give me a viable explanation.

I have had identity theft problems twice. While the charges were all eventually dismissed, the process of getting there was time-consuming, annoying, and much more difficult than it should have been.

The customer service representatives are horrendous. By far the rudest people I have ever encountered- especially some b!tch named Brittany. If you ever get her, don't waste your breath talking, just hang up on the skank. How do they keep their jobs? Who HIRED them? They are completely unprofessional, demeaning, condescending and irritating. Rather than trying to help me fix a situation or make me feel better about a mistake, they belittle me and refuse to acknowledge the fact that I am the CUSTOMER and I have rights... usually that override theirs! Large corporations such as NCB should have one main focus: keeping the customers happy.

I almost feel bad for PNC for inheriting all this bull$hit... but better them than me.

DON'T BANK WITH NATIONAL CITY!
