I had an account with NetBank and now that I'm trying to open a new bank account, I find out that they put me on Chex Systems for an internal accounting situation that it took me over three months to clear before I could close my account.

Now who do I go to and get this off of Chex Systems? The e-mails they sent all relate back to the e-mail address which shows an error message "this page cannot display."

The mail I sent comes back "no longer at this address."

They kept my last $200 deposit for "alleged" bank fees and I was trying to get them to tell me what those fees were for when their website went down.
