I am in the market to invest some of my money since I live paycheck to paycheck. I cam across www.netbank.com when I saw there webpage. I decided the offer would be a good investment since they match your deposit with $50 bonus. I funded the account with the minimum amount($100) to receive the bonus and waited the 30 days as required to meet the promotion qualification. I then waited a few more days, until I decided to call and see why it has not been posted to my account.

I was told by customer service over the phone that I didn't meet the promotion qualifications since I would need to deposit $5000 and wait 30 days. I said that was no true and is should be $100 for 30 days. After talking on the phone for a few minutes it turns out they signed me up for the wrong promotion, or they MANUALLY CHANGED IT. I asked for the promotion to be corrected to the right one, and I was told by the supervisor "no".

I have emailed them 3 times with this request and they say the will not honor the promotion I signed up for and I have called 3 times also and have been told them same exact thing. They are not honoring there advertisement, they also changed the promotion I signed up for to a promotion that most people couldn't qualify for. I asked to close my account and get a full refund since it has only been 45 days since I opened the account and that they weren't giving me the service they advertised. I was told they could close the account but I would be charged $50 for closing the account within 6 months. There customer service is crap, they lie and call you the LIAR! This is the worst experience I have ever had with any company. AVOID at all cost!
