NetBank ripoff at the ATM Alpharetta Georgia

I have been using an ATM machine with a sign on it that says that it is free to NetBank customers. It even says that you need to accept the charge, and then NetBank will credit it back to your account. I realized last week that the 30 times I have used this ATM, Netbank has never credited back the $1.50 charge 1 time.

After calling them and finally getting through they credited back about 7 of the fees. I then was farced to write a BankMail to get credit for the other 23. This marks the first time that I have dealt with a compnay that has you on the phone, and says "Hank up and write an email" I would think the person I was talking to could handle it for me, but apparently not.

In the end they credited back all of the fees, but i fyou are a NetBank customer and you are lucky enough to have one of their free ATMs within 100 miles of you, then check your account and make sure they are not charging you for the ATM usage.
