Netbank ripoff online banking I didn't know it took that long to call or write the company and say where is her money? Alpharetta Georgia

I have been banking with Netbank for about a year and have had nothing but problems. First it was the deposit options that were listed I didn't have derict deposit on my job but on the web site it listed that you can deposit by atm so I thought that would be perfect. I wasn't until after I received my bank card that I found out that you have to have an account with them for 6 months first.

So I started next daying my checks to them. Then I had a credit memo (a hold) on my account for 120.00 and they couldn't tell me what it was or who it was for the only option I they gave me was to wait till the amount was actually taken out then I can file a report. After a few days the amount was released but my concern was since I didn't know who had a hold on my money and they had my account information. The bank didn't look at it that way and did nothing about it.

Then at the begining of December I ordered a christmas present online and about a week later I found something that suited that person better so I cancelled my order. The company had not shipped the order yet so they told me that the money would be credited back into my account in 5-7 business days. After a week of not recieving the money I called the company again and they said they did credit the money back into my account that I should contact my bank. So I did and Netbank told me they showed no credit.

I went back and forth with the bank and the company for a couple of days then I filed with Netbank to have them investigate and that was in December it is now February 9 and nothing has happened I call and recieve no answers except they are investigating it. I didn't know it took that long to call or write the company and say where is her money? I am frustrated and fed up.
