NetBank ripoff Very poor customer service It's like dealing with Larry Curley and Moe every time you interact with this organization. Alpharetta Georgia

I have read the reports about the "mall print fees" and the other BS that Netbank pulls and I have personal experience that that this is common operating procedure for this bank. I wouldlike to suggest that you go to http://www.occ.treas.gov/ and file a complaint against them with the Comptroller of The Currency.

My latest of many beefs with Netbank is the worse customer service that I have ever had with a bank. I have been round and round for 2 months using bank mail to resolve about 5 outstanding issues and non of them have been resolved. I can't even get them to get bill payingg set up.

I hate to deal with peple on the phone but tonight called and found out that they could not even access the account. No their computers were not down. I could get into the account from home. But they could not get into the account. Unbeleavible!

My intuition tells me that the hacking theory may not be far off. How can these guys run a bank when they can't even acces the accounts themselves. How can they thwart hackers when they aren't even competent enough to access their own accounts or even handle basic customer service? It's like dealing with Larry Curley and Moe every time you interact with this organization. All banks are bad but NetBank is really up there.

The only thing they can offer is customer service and they really screw that up on a consistant basis.
