On January 23,2008, New Millennium Bank Plantinum took $99.95 out of my checking account using my debit card number without using a pin number.

I called 732-729-1100, a girl named Melissa stated on January 21,2008, I authorized for a credit card but first had to pay a $99.95 application fee. I stated to her I did not ask for that credit card.

Now I have to fax a letter disputing that fact, other people I've talked to on the computer also stated they had the same problem, and NMB Platinum continued to withdraw money out of their account.

This seems to be an on going problem. I am on my way to the bank to file a fraud claim.
