I started writing on the ROR in Nov 2001 when there were only three people at that time reporting.Never the less I felt this would be my only way out of a outright,illegal foreclosure.

Now my update. Ocwen Bank has decided once again to try and weasle more money out of me. I am trying to get rid of them but they won't let go the Creeps. As my Loan has been approved with a new lender and I was up front about Ocwen Bank and their Banking Practices with them. As soon as the loan is completed I will give you my mortgage advisors name as she has done a excellent Job for me. Ocwen Has created such a mess of lies that from recording and falsifing Documents I am further seeking assistance from the District Attorney Office in San Bernardino County. I explained to them of these Illegal recordings that should have never been allowed. I told them that Ocwen Banks Proceedure is, to use the Justice sysem to carry out their Illegal activities. It's represenitives including everyone who knowingly signed and notorized any Documents Recorded, and all the signed names I have which are few but I do have telephone names.

Ocwen Bank calls my house and will not talk. They appear to only want to speak with my wife whom they know they can get her going(Upset). They were able to do this on Monday and was laughing as they said your home is in foreclosure. They know darn well that I am paying them off and this was totally a last ditch effort to cause more pain just for the fun of it. She said she had the check in front of her and was not going to cash it as she was laughing. Guess what, I told my wife I don't write checks so how could she have a check to tear up or send back!

I pay everything Electronically through Checkfree Corp, The largest clearing house in the world. The payment was processed and deposited into Ocwens Bank so they can pay their Lawyers. I wrote no check. What she sasid was was a lie and wanted to cause a stir. Well she almost suceeded and I will be giving out her name at my next post. Anyways if you have been defrauded by Ocwen Bank in anyway or form they had to make a Recording at the Hall of Records. This is illegall and a crime. People, you also need to go there to see what the heck these guys have recorded behind your back. You will be amazed.
