Old National Bank Bank fraud Louisville, Kentucky

I have submitted a letter to the Couier Journal's, "Let me do it" and reported this to the Better business bureau, the Attorney General as well as the Office Comptroller of Currency for the bank's failure to correct my checking account of fraudulent charges made with my debit card via the internet. I complained to them for their failure to inform me of the charges as well as their failure to correct them. There were three charges made on my debit card that day and another charge made of one of the same charges made before again. They only credited me one charge for which was the same company charging me twice. However they never credited my account for the first charge as well as the three other charges resulting in 4 charges. I have tried in vain to correct this. However my Lawyer claims they illegally took over $400.00 in child support that was directly deposited into my account to pay the overdraft fees that would not have occured had you put a stop to the fraudulent charges to begin with. The child support was not mine, but that of my child. I am also going to write to all who will listen as well as tell all their customers that come into their bank how and what they did pertaining to not protecting me and then profitting on the whole ordeal by taking child support from a child. My overdraft fees came to a total of nearly $600.00.
