Orchard bank never activated and charged 59.80 for signing a card to be sent to me. Wow. Did not activate or purchase anything. What is this company think they are. God . Credit Card Theft (MasterCard) ORCHARD BANK salinas, California

I cannot believe if you sign for a mastercard from Orchard Bank throught the mail. Then tried to activate with no success and then they told you it was a computer automation fault, but you still have to pay for the activation. Which you have to pay 59.80$ What a joke.  I paid them, just to keep them for charging me for nothing. Lucky I was not in the hospital again.
