After seeing several advertisements about the rushcard being able to expeditemoney transactions for those folks who could not other wise get a visa I went online and applied for thed rushcard visa.  I received the card and in the literature I was informed that I would have to make a deposit in order to activate the card. In addition it was explained to me that if I applied for direct deposit my funds could be made available faster.  I had an existing Direct Express Mastercard but firgured having two cards  would enable to keep buiness(monthly obligations separate from all other misc. monthly transactions.  I  called SSI and asked that they add rushcard as a direct deposit.  My request was that Rushcard receive only $500.00 of the
