Safe National of America submitted a check to my checking account in the amount

of $26.95.  I do not have any business dealings with them.  I have filed a fraud report with my bank.

 

I have also emailed the president of the company, at info.bestsavingsource.com.

His name is Nicolas Potter.  Calls to their 800 number go to a voice mail.

 

I have demanded a refund, but have had no reply.

 

I have checked whitepages.com.  The address shows over 100 listings, none for the company or Nicolas Potter.  There are no listings for the company nor Potter in St Petersburg

I have filed a complaint with the St Petersburg Police Department, and also with the Internet Crime Complaint Center, website www.ic3.gov.  The IC3 is a partnership between the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the National White Collar Crime Center. I have called the 800 numbers given by Safe National, but have yet to receive a  reply.I have also sent 5 tracked emails, one of which was opened, but again, no reply.

Stop giving out your bank account information!!

This could have never happened if you did not give them your bank account information.

NEVER give your bank account information to anyone online or over the phone!

Just common sense here.

These scammers present themselves as a payday loan source in addition to other scam websites.
