THESE PEOPLE HAVE RAISED ME TO 31.99% I HAVE NEVER EVER BEEN LATE ON ANY PAYMENTS TO ANY OF MY CC'S......... I DO NOT USE THIS ACCOUNT.. THEY ARE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF ME KNOWING THAT MY OTHER CARDS ARE PRETTY MAXED OUT AND BECAUSE OF MY AGE AND MY DEBT ON CREDIT CARDS THEY KNOW I CANT FIND ANYONE TO TAKE THE BALANCE FOR ME... I AM FOREVER PAYING THIS CARD AND ALMOST READY TO LET IT GO TO COLLECTIONS BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO REASONS TO RAISE MY RATES,.. I HAVE CALLED AND THEY SAY CANT BE CHANGED. I WAS A SEARS SHOPPER FOR 50 + YEARS I AM READY TO PICKET THEIR STORES ... SOMETHING SHOULD BE DONE... THEY HAVE TO BE RAISING ME EVERY FEW MONTHS BASED ON WHAT? I WILL NEVER EVER SHOP WITH SEARS AGAIN.......

I JUST CALLED TO ASK THEM TO LOWER MY CREDIT CARD INTEREST AND THEY SAID SURE I WILL TRANSFER YOU I CAN NOT SEE WHY YOUR INTEREST RATE HAS GONE UP, YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET IT LOWERED SOON AS WAS TRANSFERED THE LADY CAME ON AND SAID IM SORRY MS CASTRO I CAN'T DO ANYTHING YOUR ACCOUNT IS CLOSED I ASKED WHEN DID THAT HAPPEN AND SHE SAID YOU CALLED EARLIER AND CLOSED IT.... I AM SO IRATE
