US Bancorp Aka US Bank Atm rip off and five star service gaurenty lie Boise, Idaho

Have you ever wondered what happens if the ATM does not give you all your money? I pressed 40.00 fast cash and 20.00 came out sideways. Emeidiatly turned to the bank cashier and said what had happened. She gave me a Ph. # for Atm diputes . I phoned and was topld taht ot would be fixed by the following Monday. Threee weeks later I phoned and they had declined the claim and not even told me. They supposedly reopened the claim and three weeks later I had to contact them again to which they said I was out of luck. --------------- NOTE ----- There five star guarantee specifically states that they will satisfy your transaction. They openly admit that they will not honor that guaranty and have not honored it for years. They advertise openly that they have a five star guarantee which is a violation of the fare trade commission act. ------ Seeking other individuals who have had similar ex who would like to be part of a class action lawsuit.
