US Bank ripoff over draft charges and bad service Dublin Ohio

Just recently I went on line and filled out an application for a "free" bank card. Turned out their was nothing free about it.

They said "no money down" and "no application fee". The company name was I Card Service. And the credit card was for VIP Advantage card. Turns out it was a debt card and they did not explain this very well in their ads.

Now I am having problems with my bank US Bank. I went right away after finding this site and did what they suggested for me to do. To get my money back.

I called them a few days ago asking them to speed things up a bit. Before February 3rd because I get my disability so I can pay on my rent and pay my phone, cable and internet. I got "we are doing the best we can". And your fees should be reveresed. I said "Should" they better be returned.

If only US Bank would have called me when they noticed that amount before taking it out. I would have said "no" I did not consent for them to take that money out of my account.

Now not only am I upset with I Card Services. I am very disappointed with US Bank. They sent me a letter telling me my account been over drawn for nearly a week. That I should call thme and make a deposit. I had just called them to ask them to speed things up and return my money.

Needless to say I have learned a vauable lesson. NEVER do buisness online and NEVER bank at US bank. When they get this matter cleeared up I plan to go to a different bank.
