Wachovia has done it again.  They have made me a victim of their ever so popular NSF fee "reordering" of the debit skeem.  I have had tried and tried to become a better budgeter and I even thought I was going crazy and then I got online, did my research and found exactly what I thought was happening, happening! This world is going down the tube fast enough without the help of trusted companies forcing us down.  By this I mean that Wachovia is supposed to be a bank in which we can trust to help manage our money and to help us save, but instead they set you up and STEAL your money by stating that you the customer can not budget, when in fact this customer is on to the scam and is going to do everything possible to stop this illegal scam! Im going to pull customers away and I am going to fight to get every dime of my money back and close my account.  I suggest others BEWARE of this trick because now I see that it has cost me hundreds and I have put my foot down and will give them no more!

"EXPOSURE IS A CORPORATION'S WORST FEAR." - Harvard Business Professor, 2004.

AUTHOR: Karl - highlands ranch (U.S.A.)

To read that quote, simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL MPG CAPS, and go to the 2001 Toyota Tacoma Rip Off Report, and then to the Update entitled- "Blame it on a Lawyer".

*Look at the date of that Update (8-21-2007), and read what was stated in that Update. IT ALL CAME TRUE, didn't it? The Dow Jones was around 14,000 on that date. Look what happened since then. The best thing that YOU, and EVERY American can do is simply EXPOSE the problems that you're having with these banks, or any other company, all over the worldwide web at sites like- 'TWITTER' & 'FACEBOOK', and any other popular site!

LET THE WORLD KNOW WHAT'S REALLY GOING ON IN AMERICA!!!!

Thank you.

The order doesn't matter if you don't overdraft.

"By this I mean that Wachovia is supposed to be a bank in which we can trust to help manage our money and to help us save, but instead they set you up and STEAL your money by stating that you the customer can not budget, when in fact this customer is on to the scam and is going to do everything possible to stop this illegal scam!"

No, banks are not there to manage your money and help you save.  That is YOUR responsibility.  If you can't manage your money, don't have a bank account.  It's that simple.

"Im going to pull customers away and I am going to fight to get every dime of my money back and close my account. I suggest others BEWARE of this trick because now I see that it has cost me hundreds and I have put my foot down and will give them no more!"

You are free to do so, but if you continue the way you are going, you will have the same issues at your new bank.

Well I trust the bank.....

AUTHOR: Ronny g - North hollywood (U.S.A.)

...to take as much money as they can from me. They are not a charity. However..when they manipulate and re sequence transactions in order to be able to charge ADDITIONAL fees on top of the actual overdraft..it ruffles my feathers.

A hypothetical analogy...

You are speeding..you know you did wrong when you were speeding and you get pulled over. You expect you are going to get a ticket...

So instead of one speeding ticket..the officer gives you 10 speeding tickets.

Would the solution to that be "just don't speed"?  Of course..but at the same time why was the driver punished 10 times the amount as the violation warranted?? Whatever the reason..it is wrong and any normal non-coward would fight it.

We have a law firm "investigating" this practice by the banks. If you have been a victim of transaction manipulation and "re-sequencing" which directly caused the ADDITIONAL fees on top of the actual legitimate overdraft(s) fees... instead of "victim"... it should be "Plaintiff".

I am not allowed to give out websites or phone numbers here it seems but if you google "Finkelstein Thompson LLP" you can find contact info there to help with the "investigation"...

It is alleged that some banks, are in violation of 12 U.S.C. 4303(b)(1) for their failure to disclose that the condition precedent of a pre-existing overdraft could cause the assessment of additional overdraft fees.  Instead, the banks have been lying to consumers that the condition precedent was insufficient funds.

[The true reason why you were assessed the additional overdraft fees that you did NOT cause is because you actually had a pre-existing overdraft in your account that the bank used to manipulate your account to create additional overdraft fees by a creative accounting practice].

[The bank then falsely accused you of being at fault for the additional overdrafts you didn’t cause by lying to you about having insufficient funds in your account.  In fact, without the pre-existing overdraft(s) in your account (condition precedent), it would have been IMPOSSIBLE for the bank’s creative accounting practice to have assessed additional overdraft fees against you that you did not create].

[That is why the bank engages in tactics to make you overdraft your account. For example, the bank will not immediately post your correct available balance or the bank will drop a hold on your account to only apply it later to make you believe you have more available funds in your account then you do. The bank will also split two pre-existing overdrafts created on the same date so it can create additional overdraft fees on two different posting dates instead of one].

Jillo1978, If you go to the FUEL FREEDOM INTERNATIONAL page of Ripoff Report and read the consumer comment entitled- "Blame it on a Lawyer" that was posted on 8-21-2007....

AUTHOR: Karl - Highlands Ranch (USA)

you will be able to see that the "Collapse" of the U.S. economy was accurately predicted in the last line of that consumer comment at Ripoff Report #269041, correct?

The Dow Jones was above 13,000 on August 21st, 2007, and it reached its all-time high close of 14,164 points shortly after, on October 9th, 2007.

The USA is a country whose economic foundation is built on lies, deception, fraud, manipulation, greed, trickery, deep corruption, and the constant pursuit to financially injure as many innocent people in America and around the world as possible, in my opinion.

It's the REASON that the USA experienced an economic "Collapse" back in 2008 and a "meltdown" of the banking system.

*Please 'Google' this- FRONTLINE: INSIDE THE MELTDOWN, and watch it on the web. It will walk you through the economic collapse and the meltdown of the banking system in the USA back in 2008.

Thank You
