Wow - I really don't even know where to start off but here is the jest of it. I have an average of 5K deposited monthly into my account. Hey, they may not been a lot of cash for some readers but I work very hard for my money and I am can take of my family. I also work at SunTrust Mortgage but my loyalty had lied with Whichever because I have been banking with them for over 5 years. Sorry folks I'm rambling:-)

Anyway, I have a direct deposit hit and I am unable to log onto my account via email. I called customer service. WELL what ever happened to "one call resolution policy" that they live by. Please hold I have to laugh at that. HAHAHAHAHA - Hell, they do the opposite. They proceeded to transfer me to Loss Management in Carolina where the representative told me that I deposited three empty envelopes into the ATM and they have decided to close my account. WHAT???????????????? I was offended. I begged them to pull the tapes of this so called incident, HA that's a joke. Then, another rep told me "look honey" WHOOOOO #1 I am not your honey. I tried for three days to speak up the chain. I have left message after message after message but they will not call me back. If I call in, they are SO rude telling me to collect my funds on Friday. Now, I am thinking (How can they do this to me, with no proof to show me) Is there something I can do? Or is it a lost cause?

I withdrew my money this morning and opened at (((competitor's name redacted))). I am so far satisfied with the service.

sorry, …allowing you to give a competitors name would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company, ..plus, if you post a competitors name more than likely they will show up on search engines as a Rip-off! - - your comments on this policy are welcome. "google" this...

Courtesy:

-noun
1.     excellence of manners or social conduct; polite behavior.
2.     a courteous, respectful, or considerate act or expression.
3.     indulgence, consent, or acquiescence.
4.     favor, help, or generosity.
–adjective
6.     done or performed as a matter of courtesy or protocol.
7.     offered or provided free by courtesy of the management.

Protection:

-noun
 1.     The act of protecting.
 2.     The condition of being protected.
 3.     One that protects.

Judging by the banks actions..it seems we have a problem with them understanding what either of these words mean by definition (I got them from a dictionary)..but they seem to use both of those words quite liberally in their polices...hmmm..something to ponder.

Doesn't seem to me they ever protected anything..nor provided any protection for free...of course if you go according the the ACTUAL definitions of those common English words.

And the first 4 definitions of "courtesy"..anyone experience any of those lately from a bank if the deception of those words as used by the bank caused any excessive fees? If so..please ...tell us your story.

If you did deposit cash at an ATM....

....I would think that is not the wisest move..as you have discovered....

But this in no way releases the bank of it's responsibility of it's customers money and deposits. I left Wacoffonya a while ago. The actually did the opposite to me...

I was at the ATM to make a cash withdrawal..and the machine didn't dispense any cash...but they took it from my account ($300.00). They made me wait 30 days to "sort it out"..in the meantime they kept putting the funds back..and taking it out again...in a nut shell I had no control of my OWN money..and the bank in a sense was implying I must be a bank robber as when I called them..they told me "well it hasn't been determined yet if you did get the money".

Long story short...they held my money for 2 full weekends..due to a mistake of malfunctioning machine on THEIR end..and did bot pay me any fees for holding my money..but god forbid i "hold" any of theirs..I get fee'd into oblivion with overdrafts. And to make matters worse..I had OD protection at the time..which made an OD considered Pre-authorized...but I don't recall ever authorizing them to hold my money if THEY make a mistake.

long story short...I opted out of OD protection..and I do not use ATMs..I walk into the bank and deal with a human and get a receipt for all transactions.

Oh on a side note I also requested the bank look at the camera footage to help expedite the "investigation" as I really needed the money for rent..and this incident caused me to be late with it..their answer was and I quote "no ones gonna look at any video".

I cleaned my account and left that bank as soon as the matter was settled..which in 30 days they must have figured out what happened and lifted the "provision" on MY $300.00 those SOB's.

'Google' this- WACHOVIA COMPLAINTS SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES, and....

read that article on the web about the 'SECRET LIFE INSURANCE POLICIES' that the big banks are allegedly taking out on their employees.

Then 'Google' this- BANK EXECUTIVES PROFITING ON THE DEATH OF EMPLOYEES, and read that article too.

*SPREAD IT ALL OVER THE WEB at sites like- 'TWITTER' & 'FACEBOOK'.

Thank you.
