Wachovia Mortgage Continual Harassment after Discharge of Debtor San Antonio Texas

I have been continually harassed by representatives of Wachovia Mortgage through multiple calls each day to my cell phone. Theses calls started at the beginning of May, 2008, shortly after the United States Bankruptcy Court ordered a Discharge of Debtor on April 29, 2008.
I informed Wachovia of the discharge and even faxed over a copy of the order to them. I asked that they stop calling me and that they could call my attorney if they had any further questions. The calls continued and my attorney was never contacted.
Every time that I received a call from Wachovia, I repeated the same information and asked for the calls to stop. When they continued, I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was denied that request. I also informed Wachovia that the forclosure on this property started in 2007 and that a Relief From The Automatic Stay was granted by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court on February 25, 2008 and a Sheriff's Sale was scheduled and completed and the Change of Ownership was to take place on May 7, 2008. Despite the completion of both the forclosure and the Bankruptcy, I continued to receive collection calls.

They are breaching the bankruptcy code; your attorney should go to the bankruptcy judge and request sanctions.
